Many sugar art lovers saw that the hollow bracket mold used in the works of the French Sugar King was very beautiful and asked us the sugar art tool-sugar art hollow bracket mold method. Today, we Kong Ming Sugar Art will explain in detail:
1. First take a larger piece of white paper, find a harder thicker cardboard, and use a pencil to draw the shape you need. Today we drew a simple shape for reference only(See picture one);
2. Then use sugar crafts tools-scissors to cut out the paper template(See figure two);
3. Put the paper template on the soft glass of the sugar craft tool. The soft glass is 4-8mm thick. The thin one is easy to deform during later assembly, and the thick one is not easy to cut through.(See figure three);
4. Use a utility knife to cut out the desired shape along the edge of the paper template. At this time, press the hand tightly and press the knife hard to cut through at one time to prevent burrs. Friends with strong hands can spread two layers of soft at a time. Glass, so that both sides of AB can be cut out at the same time, and the edge lines are still the same, so as to facilitate the next combination(See picture four);
5. Cut the main shape, and then use a ruler to cut the straight strips needed by the side of the sugar art hollow bracket mold. The hollow bracket needs to be cut as wide as it needs to be.(See Figure 5);
6. The rest is to assemble. Use scotch tape to glue A, B, and the sides. The tape can be 2-3 cm wide. Because I made it in our packaging workshop, I used 6 cm wide by the way. Yes, it’s not very easy to use. It’s too wide. The tape on the bracket is not beautiful. The rest is mainly to leave the mouth for pouring sugar, which is usually left at the bottom. About 4-5 cm square mouth will do(See Figure 6)After 20 minutes. The hollow bracket mold for sugar art tools is ready(See Figure 7), Dears, hurry up and try it!
