2. Scope of application

3. Definition of defect categories

Type B serious defects(Major Defect): The product has the following defects, which are the main defects.
1. Functional defects affect normal use;
2. Performance parameters exceed specifications;
3. Serious appearance defects that cause customers to refuse to purchase;
4. The packaging has defects that may endanger the image of the product.
Category C minor defects(Minor Defect): Defects that do not affect the use of the product, and the end customer may be willing to make concessions to accept.
4. Inspection conditions and environment
1. The light source should take necessary shading measures to prevent the light source from directly hitting the lens and around the test chart(Including a device for placing the test chart)It should be low illuminance to reduce glare, and avoid external light exposure during testing. The back view of the test chart is black or light-absorbing neutral gray.
2. If there are no special regulations, in order to ensure that the camera equipment can output sufficient signals when shooting the test chart, the surface illumination range of the test chart during shooting should be between 700 and 1200 Luxes. The saturation and uniformity during the test can be adjusted according to the actual situation. .
3. Observation distance: 350-550mm;
4. Observation angle: horizontal orientation 45°±15°;
5. During inspection, scan the entire inspected surface at the distance and angle normally required: 10S±5S;
6. The inspector has naked or corrected vision of 1.0 or more, and no persons with color blindness or color weakness are allowed.
