Non-stick characteristics:
1. Non-sticky: Almost all substances are not bonded to the PTFE film. Very thin films also show good non-stick properties.
2. Heat resistance: PTFE coating film has excellent heat resistance and low temperature resistance. It can withstand high temperature to 300 ℃ in a short time, and generally can be used continuously between 240 ℃ and 260 ℃. It has remarkable thermal stability. It can work at freezing temperature without embrittlement and does not melt at high temperature.
3. Sliding property: PTFE coating film has a lower coefficient of friction. The friction coefficient changes when the load is sliding, but the value is only between 0.05-0.15.
4. Moisture resistance: The surface of the PTFE coating film does not stick to water and oil, and it is not easy to stick to the solution during production operations. If there is a small amount of dirt, simply wipe it off. Short downtime, saving working hours and improving work efficiency.
5. Wear resistance: Under high load, it has excellent wear resistance. Under a certain load, it has the dual advantages of wear resistance and non-sticking.
6. Corrosion resistance: PTFE is hardly corroded by chemicals and can withstand all strong acids except molten alkali metals, fluorinated media and sodium hydroxide above 300℃(Including aqua regia), Strong oxidants, reducing agents and various organic solvents can protect the parts from any kind of chemical corrosion.
Instructions for use of non-stick products:
l Before using the newly purchased non-stick appliances, clean the interior and dry it with warm fire or wipe it with a soft cloth before use.
l After each baking, please use a soft cloth or soft plastic scraper to remove the residue left in the appliance.
l After using the appliance for a period of time, it is best to add a small amount of neutral detergent with warm water to remove the residue and wash it thoroughly with a soft cloth.
l Generally non-stick products are suitable for baked bread products.

Precautions for use of non-stick products:
l Do not use sharp metal products, scouring pads and chemical cleaners to wipe.
l Try to avoid collision and friction caused by careless operation, causing wear or scratches on the non-stick coating.
l Be careful when storing and stacking, keep the appliance dry, and do not store and stack in a humid place.
l Take up and down when in use to avoid wearing or scratching the non-stick coating.
l The non-stick coating is operated for a long time under the condition of large difference between high and low temperature, which will produce tiny cracks and cause the residual material to corrode the non-stick coating, and the non-stick coating will eventually lose its non-stick property. To avoid this situation, we recommend:
1. The normal use temperature for baking of non-stick appliances is lower than 260°C, and the maximum temperature for short-term use is 300 ℃, which can extend the service life;
2. Non-stick appliances cannot be burnt empty;
3. Do not use high-temperature steam to cook and clean non-stick appliances for a long time, which may cause damage to the non-stick layer.
Product maintenance instructions:
Regularly check the wear condition of the product surface, find the cause of abnormal wear in time and make corresponding adjustments to avoid serious damage to the non-stick coating or anode surface, thereby extending the service life of the product.
Note: The newly purchased bakeware may be slightly deformed within 30 to 90 days of initial use. This is a normal phenomenon of metal expansion and contraction. It is not a product quality problem. It will be used for a period of time. Can return to normal
